ORDERING & QUOTES

Getting Your Print Project Started

Standard or unusual, the first step is giving us enough information to understand what you are trying to produce.

Request a Quote

How do I request a printing quote?

Use our online quote request and provide as much information as you have about the project. Include the product, finished size, quantity, number of pages or sides, paper or material preferences, finishing requirements and delivery needs when known. A print specialist can review the request and help fill in missing details.

Request a custom printing quote

What information do I need to get a quote?

The most useful information is the type of piece, finished size, quantity, number of pages or printed sides, paper or material, color requirements and any folding, binding or finishing. If you already have artwork, you can provide that as well.

What if I do not know all the printing specifications?

You do not need to know every printing term or specification. Tell us what you are trying to create, how it will be used and approximately how many you need. Our team can help determine the appropriate size, stock, printing method and finishing.

Can MMPrint quote custom or unusual printing projects?

Yes. MMPrint handles both standard commercial printing and projects that require custom sizes, specialty materials, binding, finishing or other production requirements. Custom projects are reviewed by a print specialist rather than relying only on a standard online price calculator.

ARTWORK & FILE SETUP

Preparing Files for Printing

Good print production starts with properly prepared artwork, but our team reviews files before production begins.

What file types does MMPrint accept?

Print-ready PDF files are generally preferred because they preserve page size, fonts, images and layout reliably. Other design files may also be usable depending on the project. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it with your quote or order information and our team can review it.

Does MMPrint review my artwork before printing?

Yes. Artwork is reviewed as part of the prepress process before it moves into production. We look for common production issues that could affect printing, such as page size, bleed, image quality and other file-related concerns.

What is bleed?

Bleed is artwork that extends beyond the final trim edge of a printed piece. It allows images, colors and backgrounds that are intended to reach the edge to be trimmed cleanly without leaving an unwanted white edge.

What resolution should images be for printing?

Images should have enough resolution at their final printed size to reproduce cleanly. As a general print-production target, photographic images are commonly prepared at approximately 300 pixels per inch at final size. Our prepress team can review supplied artwork if you are unsure.

Should my artwork be CMYK or RGB?

Commercial printing is generally produced using CMYK process color, while RGB is primarily used for screens and digital displays. Preparing print artwork in the intended print color space provides better control over the final result.

Can MMPrint help if there is a problem with my file?

In many cases, yes. If prepress identifies an issue, we can explain what needs attention and determine whether the file can be corrected or whether revised artwork is required.

PROOFS & PRODUCTION

Before Your Project Goes to Press

The proofing process gives you an opportunity to review the job before production begins.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

A proof is provided when required for the order so that the artwork and job setup can be reviewed before production. Follow the instructions provided with your proof carefully and review all content before approving it.

When does production begin?

Production begins after the order, artwork and any required proof approval are ready for production. Approval is an important production milestone because nothing should move forward until the customer has reviewed the proof where one is required.

How long does printing take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, materials and finishing involved. Many projects are produced within approximately 2–5 business days after proof approval, while complex work may require additional time. Your quote or order information should identify the expected production schedule for your specific project.

Can I make changes after approving a proof?

Contact MMPrint immediately if you discover a problem after approval. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible and could require restarting part or all of the job. Review names, dates, numbers, spelling, images and other important content carefully before approving a proof.

CUSTOM PRINTING

Products, Materials & Finishing

Commercial printing rarely has to be one-size-fits-all. We can help determine the right production approach for the project.

Can you print custom sizes?

Yes. Many printed products can be produced in custom finished sizes. The practical size range depends on the product, material, printing method and finishing requirements.

What paper stocks and materials are available?

Available materials vary by product and may include coated and uncoated papers, cover stocks, synthetic materials and specialty substrates. If you have a particular look, feel, thickness or use in mind, include that information with your quote request.

What finishing options are available?

Finishing can include services such as cutting, folding, scoring, binding, drilling, corner rounding and other product-specific operations. The available options depend on the printed piece and how it will be used.

Can MMPrint handle complicated print projects?

Yes. Projects involving multiple components, unusual specifications, special finishing or other production requirements can be reviewed individually. Explain what you are trying to accomplish and our team can help determine how to produce it.

Do you handle both short runs and larger quantities?

Yes. MMPrint produces commercial printing using production methods suited to different quantities and project requirements. The most appropriate production method depends on the specifications of the job rather than quantity alone.

MMPrint serves businesses nationwide and also offers pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders from our facility.

Does MMPrint ship nationwide?

How do I track my shipment?

When tracking information is available for a shipped order, use the shipment information provided with your order notification to follow its progress with the carrier.

ORDERS & REORDERS

Past Orders & Order Support

Returning customers can use their account history to review previous orders and start a reorder.

How do I reorder something I previously printed?

Log into your MMPrint account to view your order history. Previous orders provide the easiest starting point when you need another run of an existing project.

Log in to view your order history

Can I make changes when reordering an old job?

Yes. If the artwork, quantity, specifications or delivery requirements have changed, provide the updated information when placing the reorder or requesting a new quote. Changes can affect pricing and production.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Contact MMPrint as soon as possible and provide the order information along with a clear description of the problem. Photos can be helpful when the issue involves printing, finishing, packaging or shipping damage.

How quickly should I report a printing problem?

Problems with a completed order should be reported within 10 business days so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

Does MMPrint offer refunds or reprints?

Because printed products are custom manufactured, eligible claims are handled through an appropriate reprint or account credit rather than a cash refund. Each issue is reviewed based on the order and the nature of the problem.
